Profile Design flip-up adjustable arm rest, Sold as an accessory to the BarYak Expedition
Mounting: Pro File Design Flip up Arm rest should be spaced, ( we suggest you have 1 7/16 “ real estate available on each side of your stem ) that will allow you to have 1/8" from your BarYak Rails to the Profile Design Flip up mount . secure the bottom Bracket to the handlebar by inserting the “C" clamp bolts through the Top and into the bottom “C “ bracket, Using the 5mm Allen wrench, evenly tighten these bolts to a torque of 42–63in-lbs. (4.7–7.2N-m). Note: You may have to un-wrap the top section of handlebar tape in order to gain the desired clamping width. Do not route the brake or shift cable housing underneath the aerobar brackets—this will affect braking and/or shifting performance.
Maintenance: We recommend using a drop of chain oil on the hinge of the Profile Design Flip Up arm rest, it will also help quite them up on rugged terrain.
