Shipping Guidelines and Policies

USPS Ground shipping is estimated at 4 - 5 business days for domestic deliveries; 14 to 25 days for most international customers, depending on location.

– You will receive an email with tracking information after the order is shipped.

– Should the shipping address need to be changed after the order is placed, a $20 shipping fee will be charged.

– BarYak LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or missing packages.

– If incorrect quantities or items are purchased, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

– Once the tracking number is issued, BarYak LLC is no longer responsible for the package, including lost or stolen packages

– By submitting your order, you are agreeing the entered delivery address is safe and secure for delivery without a signature required.

– If ‘Signature Required’ was selected during check out, USPS or FedEx Drivers attempt 3 deliveries before the package/s is either held at the nearest USPS or FedEx Facility for pick-up or returned to BarYak LLC. If the package is returned to BarYak LLC, the customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.

We ship to most countries in the world with very little issue. We appreciate your business and have made efforts to make shipping simple and affordable for our customers.

Responsibility of Duties and Taxes

  1. If you order goods from this Website for delivery to an International Delivery Destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are applied by local customs officials when the delivery reaches its destination country.

  2. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

  3. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

This only applies only to International and Canadian orders

All international shipments require full payment in addition to the prepaid deposit of $13.50 prior to shipping.

ORDER cancellation & RETURN POLICY

Any returns that are accepted will be subjected to back fees by PayPal and Squarespace, a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping. All returned products must be new and unused.
